This machine adopts the submerged arc welding method of three arcs, three wires and four power sources. The welding method is single-sided and double-sided forming. The machine mainly consists of a main mast, a welding trolley, a welding gun up and down lifting device, a welding gun left and right traverse device, and a submerged arc welding tracking Device, upper flux circulation device, welding parameter memory (controller), electromagnetic platform device, copper lining device, flux spreading and removal car, bottom flux recovery device, submerged arc welding system, etc. This aircraft is the first of its kind in China and is now used by major domestic shipyards such as Dalian Shipbuilding Industry, Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding, Sainty Shipbuilding, and Zhenhua Port Machinery.
