H Beam Production Line

Our H Beam Production Line is designed for high-efficiency structural steel fabrication. The welding process positions H beams in an "I" shape, enabling simultaneous double-sided fillet welding for increased efficiency. Equipped with an advanced flange straightening machine, it corrects post-weld angular deformation using eccentric rollers, reducing force and enhancing precision. Featuring one of the largest H beam welding specifications in the industry, this system integrates assembly and welding into a seamless process, optimizing production flow and improving efficiency. Ideal for large-scale steel structure manufacturing.
