Robotic Welding System

This robotic welding system uses dual robots to work simultaneously and communicate with each other, greatly improving production efficiency for long straight seam welding. The workpiece generates a welding program in the teaching or offline programming state, automatically completing the welding of the workpiece. The entire welding process does not require manual intervention, and the same workpiece does not require repeated teaching or offline programming, only simple calling.

Under the guidance of contact positioning and arc tracking, the workpiece corrects the weld seam in real-time, greatly improving welding accuracy and quality. The anti deformation tire frame can adapt to the alignment and compression of single plates of different widths, with forward and reverse remote swing control.
The host control system is equipped with a welding expert library and relevant communication interfaces, which facilitate future expansion and secondary development. It also has safety alarm and operation indication functions, and is user-friendly.
