Product Introduction

This component assembly and welding production line is used for the assembly and welding of hull components. The production line is equipped with a material fitting station, one positioning welding station and four fillet welding stations. The work station consists of a working platform, a roller lifting device and a conveyor roller. The workpieces are transported between stations using a roller conveyor system, and the welding method is semi-automatic CO2 gas shielded welding. The welding device is mounted on a movable half gantry. The welding gantry is mainly used to complete the welding of components on the platform.
